Well if the more money I spend on this weight loss is a sign of how long I will be able to stick with it then I'm good.....Jeez I spent $200 on food today....Healthy food! I guess the junk food I used to get at the grocery store was much cheaper cuz I don't remember ever spending that much at one time.|
I spent a fortune on fitness equipment as well in the last week. I still didn't get my treadmill and I'm getting excited for it. I have also ordered the biggest loser and celebrity fitclub DVDs. (I'm a sucker for TV weight loss drama)....
Then I figured since I am such a gamer dork and play with my DS so much I would order the "My weight loss Coach" game for that as well...I just need to play DDR on the xbox instead of Rock Band now hehe....I'm addicted to Rock band.
Then I ordered a Fit Ball and band to work on some strength training exercises at home and a small weight bench with some dumbells.
I think I'm going to do Walk away The Pounds while on the treadmill just to have something to motivate me.
I get bored so easily...
Right now I have been going swimming for about an hour every day, but am having a hard time finding the motivation to do anything strenuous. I hate working out and feeling all out of breath and shit. The first week I start any program I think I'm dying. I know it gets easier but the feeling of dread won't let me get started on it. :(
I need to do this, but I also need to want this...I need help.
